Twigg's Transmissions

Took my truck there to get transmission repaired over a year ago. Picked it up and still had the same problem. When talking with Twigg he said he replaced the wrong part but charged me anyway. Then he said he would make it right by replacing the correct part. Well 6 months of being back and forth with the truck and telling me it should be this part then another part. He changed the transmission fluid said if that didn't resolve it that it would need another different part to resolve the issue. I feel he didn't really know what it needed.If he didn't want to fix the issue, all he needed to do is tell me. But no he kept giving me the run around. Don't waste peoples time. If you want your vehicle to be fixed right. DO NOT TAKE IT TO TWIGGS TRANSMISSIONS. ALL HE DOES IS WASTE YOUR TIME..

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID I took my car to Twigg for a potential transmission repair. 5 months passed of continual calling, promises (lies) of it being finished never materialized. Finally got the car in one piece and out of the shop, towed it to another shop. I was just going to let it go and move on. Now the second shop said the seats were totally soaked and the car wreaks of MOLD! He can't even test drive it in this condition. After Twigg, my car is now virtually worthless. Take your car to Twigg if you enjoy being lied to and you would like the value of your car to go to zero. Can't even trust him to keep buckets of rain(?) out of your car.

Excellent quality work , affordable rates may take a little longer than other shops but it gets done right

Professional work at a reasonable price. I’ve been taking vehicles to him for years and have never been disappointed.

Has had my Jeep for over 8 months got it back and drove it for not even 2 weeks this was in May and he still has my Jeep not fixed and no communication my advice take it somewhere else
