Twin Cities Towing & Recovery

Needed my car towed to the shop. I had just started a new job and had no PTO, so it had to get done before I left for work the morning of. When the towing service recommended by the auto shop blithely said to call at 8am day-of and it'd probably be about 90 minutes, I decided to shop around and found these folks. They gave me a scheduled time and a price quote, and made sure to ask what was wrong with the vehicle so they knew how to handle it. Their driver called when he was on his way, showed up on time, loaded my car carefully, was courteous the whole time, and safely delivered my car. I got an invoice for slightly less than the quoted price. Good experience at every step of process.

My car broke down. They were fast at getting a driver out there. He was helpful and nice. Was hoping I didn't get a jerk and my driver was one of the best ever. Friendly helpful and made sure I was taken care of. I will use them again if and when I have trouble. Thank you for making a stressful time less stressful.

If anyone saw my previous review,I have a update. I did get my property out of my vehicle, after waiting a few hours. I'm not attacking the couple guys that I worked with so they helped the rise up from one star to three. It's more directed at the the company they work for. FYI The Jackson St shop is great, always super helpful.

I hit a pot hole today (2/15/23) in St Paul and bent 2 wheels. Called up TCTR and not only was the staff very friendly but they were extremely helpful! The driver showed up quickly and he was a very nice guy plus he saved the day! I'm thankful for this company and their employees, they do an amazing job! If I ever need to be towed again I will definitely be calling them first, I highly recommend using them!

The guy was really rude with me and my dad. He was basically screaming at us. I really didn’t care how much I’ll be paying but I care about the how disrespectful he was. When he changed my tire he threw everything next to my car and when I asked him to put everything back the way it was he said it’s not my job. I couldn’t do it since I’m pregnant. My father was struggling to do it and I can’t help him. I will never use this service again.
