Everyone was friendly and professional. They answered all my questions to help me understand the issue with my car. And the service was high-quality in my opinion. I found this business when they mailed an oil change coupon to my home. So the service was discounted (just a little more than the cost of the oil and filter). They provided a free full inspection, which helped give me peace of mind. It seems like, as a business generally should, they were looking for extra ways to provide value to me (I.e. additional things that needed attention). Recently had my front brakes replaced with TCA. Was pleasantly surprised at the technological use of automated texts, quotes, inspections, and the digital portal used to communicate issues, progress, and suggestions. Very transparent quoting. Personable and friendly staff. They went above and beyond for an automotive shop in my opinion. Definitely recommend. Actually going to have my wife's vehicle serviced by them soon because of the recent positive experience.

The repair shop I’ve been using for 20+ years had disappointed me one too many times so I turned to Twin City Automotive at the recommendation of a friend. I am very pleased with their thoroughness and professionalism. Twin City pointed out things that should have been taken care of on my aging car, but weren’t previously brought to my attention. Before this visit I've only been at this location once. My second visit, I took my car in to get a diagnosis surrounding a mystery issue I was having with my transmission I informed them on exactly what was going on. I sat there for almost a total of 3 hours waiting on them while simultaneously witnessing my car get lifted up a total of 5 to 6 times and backed out twice. I asked about the issue and asked if there's been any updates on the issue. I get repeatedly told that they're working out prices but I never get told about any potential issue. Fast forward 3 hours, I'm getting told that we can just leave and they'll figure out the pricing and send it to me.
