Twin Fountains Home

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones. The staff is always understaffed and none of them work as a team to care and support the residents. Communication with families was poor, and it felt like concerns were brushed off rather than addressed. The facility itself could also be cleaner and better maintained. They go without wipes and diapers for DAYSSSS. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I would like to formally recognize the wound nurse at Twin Fountains for her exceptional work. She demonstrates a high level of expertise and consistent focus on evidence-based wound healing. Her attention to detail, clinical judgment, and commitment to patient-centered care are truly commendable and contribute significantly to positive patient outcomes.

My grandmother was a resident at this facility until she passed away a few days ago. She was first admitted here as a rehab patient and then went to a full time resident. After a few weeks she was then moved to Hospice care at this facility. The admissions process and all of the people we dealt with including the social worker and the business office staff were so helpful and kind. I visited my grandmother several times a week and all of the staff were always so kind, nice and helpful. I am so grateful to all of the nurses and nurse assistants who took care of her. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the food and I hope they will work on that for their current and future residents.

My family is very pleased with the services provided. My mom is much happier than the previous location. The staff goes beyond the call of duty. They are professional and hospitable. While a nursing home is not what anyone wants for their love ones, this place has been a Godsent. Kudos to the administrators and the entire staff. Thank you!!!!

My Mom was a resident here until her recent passing. She received good care. All of the staff and nurses were always so helpful and kind to her and our family. We appreciate everyone who helpsed us through out the whole process from her admission to her passing.
