Twin Tiers Auto Wash

Paid for undercarriage spray and it did not spray the underside. Employee or maybe owner came out and said welp sorry nothing I can do! How about maybe stop the wash and refund me or offer me a credit. I’ve been coming here for years I can say I will not be returning!

Worst car wash ever. Took my car there yesterday. This touch-less car wash did not remove any dirt and just waxed over all remaining dirt. I will never go back there again $19.00 for the “full-service” and still have a dirty car that I’m washing myself again. Car had side skirts not even touched. The rear had splashes of something all over it. The paint looked foggy. I wash this at home and this car is show ready. Shameful.

This car wash is good if you just want to rinse the dirt "around" your car. Recently raised prices and still does not clean your car. I'd expect some changes with all the negative reviews. Hopefully someone pays attention.

Screens don’t work properly when attempting to purchase a wash. And the car wash itself doesn’t even clean half the car. Vacuums don’t even work. It’s a money pit- don’t waste your money there. Customer service sucks as well. They get defensive when you point out that something isn’t working.

my 1 year old nice could clean my car better half of the options don't work i wasted 19$ on a bum of a car wash i hope who ever finds this reads all of the other reviews mostly all 1 star i'm driving my car and still got water on the car and smudges like someone crap all over my car!!!!!!!
