Twins auto repair

I got referred to this place, someone said they always got excellent service here. But rep on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I went and got a printout for estimates. One week later, called in to ask if I can schedule the repair and rep wasn't helpful at all, was very patronizing instead. If you can't work basic customer service or show common courtesy, maybe don't answer the phone. Lost a potential customer right here

Very disappointed! I’ve gotten my tires plugged here, plenty of times and never had an issue. However, this time I went the guy Is more concerned with smoking a cigarette then plugging my tire. After plugging my tire he then tells me that I had two holes in the tire and it’s gonna be $25. Why not tell me that I have two holes in my tire so that I Can just get a new tire from you guys. You don’t plug two holes in a tire without informing the customer. And of course two days later, the plug would fail and I’m back to having a slow leak. Never going back here again!

Scott is straight to the point and honest about what is needed to be done and he will get it done and I do appreciate the professionalism that they provide and great service. Thank you so much for always taking care of the problem without being overly priced. It cost to fix what’s needed but they will be very fair and helpful. Thank you so much Scott for all you do. I had to get a new radiator put in and I’ve had much more work done here.

Used this shop twice once for my trail blazer and then again for my caravan. Had great service both times! Definitely going to use them again in the future. Very knowledgeable mechanics and fairly priced
