Twisted Wrenches

My father and I were towing our boat and had a problem with one of the brakes hanging up and overheating. We were able to limp into Twisted wrench repair shop in the late afternoon. We went to the front desk and explained our problem and the lady was very nice and went right into the shop to get someone to help us. Two of the guys came right out to look at our trailer and offered to help right away. They just stopped what they were doing to help us. They were able to get the parts we needed and even worked late so they could get us back on the road. I would highly recommend Twisted wrench. It is not often that you find a business that is so helpful and goes above and beyond to help a customer. They were also all extremely nice people. They made a bad situation a lot better for us.

I'm impressed. Cody went above and beyond to help Maddie with her F150. Getting her, her cat & snake back on the road in 24 hours. You truly saved the day & allowed her to get where she needed to be before it was too late. You also kept her and her animals safe while she waited in her boondocking RV. There aren't many companies with that kind of customer service left in this world. You were a much needed light during a dark time. Thank you!!!

My girl Maddie was really stuck and Cody totally saved the day!!!Not only did he get her back on the road ok less than 24 hours, but, he helped her with an extension cord for her RV to keep her pet snake warm. Super reasonable pricing and good old fashioned service. Please give them a try for your vehicle repair needs!!!!

LOVE the name of your shop!! And MOSTLY for taking care of Maddie yesterday & today as she was caught off guard when her catalytic converters went bad!! I broke down at work and had my pick up towed to twisted wrenches. It arrived after they closed. They called me next morning with what was wrong with it and an estimate. By afternoon they called again my pickup was done! Water pump, alternator and serpentine belt. I was very grateful my pickups all I have to drive. I had never met anyone at twisted wrenches and the treated me and my pickup like I was a priority. I highly recommend this business and will be going back, hopefully under better circumstances.
