I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your business on Jan 11 2025. I purchased a tire from your shop, only to later discover that I was overcharged for the product, and the tire provided was in unacceptable condition, nearly bald. When I agreed to the purchase, I trusted your business to provide a safe and reliable product at a fair price. Instead, I feel taken advantage of, as the tire’s condition poses serious safety risks and does not reflect the price I was charged. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and urge you to address this matter. At the very least, I expect a refund or a replacement tire in proper condition. Eli and Brad have phenomenal prices and great service. Tito took care of my Dodge Avenger with a flat tire and one bald tire; I brought two used tires and they installed them for $23 a piece + balancing and rotated my best tires to the front of my FWD! These guys ain't no joke, working until closing to make sure I left safely and with peace of mind I was getting a bang for my buck!
