Unbelievably great service. Robbie and Alana got me in and out for a towing package warranty repair within an hour and I had an amazing time talking with them as I waited. Thank you for the attention to detail in the repair, the friendly atmosphere and genuine customer service. I'll be back!

I was charged a gas fee even though I put the tank back at a 1/4 of a tank that I picked it up with. Now I've been going back and forth with uhaul because of said charge. Also, I was unable to return the truck due to a winter storm. I would have thought out of courtesy they could have not charged me for the extra day considering the location wasn't even open...but thats just a side note. Just watch their charges.

Robby is amazing at customer service! Had a small electrical issue when trying to rent a trailer. He got me worked into the shop and made the repair we needed. He is really easy to talk to. Thank you Robby D.

Very frustrating, I purched the 10 foot truck to move my apartment across the city to my next apartment. However after 30 minutes of use and after I was parked. I decided to rearrange the parking so we can get a couch in more efficiently. I got into the vehicle and the vehicle did not turn on. (Keep in mind this was daytime/eveing as I didn't have any lights on). I was happy to jump the vehicle off using jumper cables however the hatch button to open the hood was broken. (See photos). Roadside assistance was contacted and advised me it will be a 90 minute wait. Then made me aware after that 90 minutes that it will be another 90 minutes for the Fastfleet agent to arrive. I use uhaul consistently for my moves but I will avoid this location at all costs. When I was checking out I asked if there was a military discount to which I received conflicting answers from employees. At the end of the transaction I asked if we got that discount and the woman checking us out explained that she couldn’t just take 15% off so she gave us $20 off which I thought was nice. The truck was fully empty of fuel so I had to pull over immediately and put gas in it while I sat on hold trying which them trying to let them know. They put me on hold or did not answer for three days until I put in a ticket with corporate. I was then told that the discount I received was actually for the fact that it didn’t have gas in it.
