It took almost an hour waiting at the gas station to get the U-Haul cause the attendant didn’t know what they were doing. So I had to keep the U-Haul an extra day because the place I needed to go closed at 430. The U-Haul tank was not full so I had to pay for the gas to fill it all the way up when I got back. I told this to the attendant and they didn’t seem to care. The surgery I got to complete on the condition of the U-Haul came as I was driving it. When I tried to recomplete the survey when I was done it was not available. First time customers and not happy!
The place was a little hard to find but the staff was helpful in trying to get it taken all care of!
