Great location and selection of storage units and rental vehicles. Staff does an adequate job but there is some room for improvement in response time and following through for customer needs and expectations. Overall a handy business in a clutch location right off the interstate.

I wasn't impressed with this location the first time I used it, average rating, but a few days ago I went in and the new manager is a knowledgeable and friendly guy so I wanted to leave a review and share my support. 10/10 will go back.

Extraordinarily rude staff. I've had great experiences at other U-Haul locations, but the employee I dealt with had a huge attitude problem and criticized me personally multiple times.

Made an appointment and they didn’t have an available technician to install it. Made a weekend plans and invited family members to help me moving staff and wasn’t able to do what I planned

Not enough staff on duty. Long wait time and ineffective computer software multiplied the problem
