I will definitely be back if I ever need work done on my car again. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I liked how Chad told me what was wrong with my car and proceeded to show me what he was talking about. I didn't go in blind and trusting that he was telling me the truth. I also liked how I received a printout of exactly what was done and the other things that were observed with my car.

I Took my vehicle in for a front alignment. The mechanics said I needed all this work done before I get the alignment. Unbeknownst to them I had already gotten the front suspension work done everything but alignment because the shop didn’t have the alignment machine . So they quoted me almost $3000 of work that they said needed done before the alignment. I took it back to the original shop and I showed them the quote where US Tire and Auto said I needed this work. They showed where everything they worked and replaced. Whoever assessed my vehicle was either inexperienced or was tryna to get over on me! I didn’t appreciate that. They lost business my business.
