Uhaul services used ... U Save 1108 Snapps Ferry Rd No 3, Greeneville, TN 37745 location was amazing and super helpful and accommodating. I can't recommend this location enough. So friendly. The inside was recently cleared and deodorized. It used to smell like smoke but no more. The staff have made huge improvements to their store showing great pride in their business. I used them three years ago and used again now. I appreciate their welcoming personalities so much. They greet everyone the same like neighbors.

The lady at the counter and both the manager, John are unprofessional to hang up in people’s faces. They didn’t like the fact they were wrong rented a truck and turned it in the very next day never used all of my miles or the whole 2-3 days that I rented the truck For I did not have the truck the whole time I just had For one night very unprofessional

This place is a joke. Bad service Bad attitude towards customers Terrible Place to have anything done.

The guys at U-sav have been very helpful, I’ve been in 3 times to return U-Haul equipment from a move across state. Jeremy has been able to correct issues that the originating U-Haul store created on 2 occasions. Super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Warning! Avoid U Sav Auto at all cost. If I could give this shop zero stars I would but Google will not allow that so unfortunately I was forced to give them 1 star. I took my Saturn Outlook in because it was acting up. After they checked it out they said it was the front catalytic convertor. I told them to go ahead and take care of it. Then a couple days later they called and said they fixed that but now they are noticing the back catalytic convertor needs to be replaced as well. So I told them to go ahead and take care of that too. After the work was done I paid them almost $1,500, picked up my vehicle, drove it home, then back to town, and on the way home my car broke down on the side of the rode doing the exact same thing that it was doing before U Sav Auto Center had ever started work
