STAY AWAY! Save yourself a head ache and pay a little extra for a normal car rental place. Unprofessional and rude staff, scammy tactics, absolute nightmare to deal with.

Stay away. This place has rip off written all over it! Basically, they'll offer you a low rate, then force you into taking their insurances and sun pass (tolls) for additional fees. The car you've rented, at the rate you agreed upon is "not in stock". We declined the insurance because 1. I have American Express which covers you and 2. I was able to prove my personal auto insurance covers rental cars. These thieves mistook us for tourists and tried to tell me that Amex was unacceptable and my own insurance wasn't adequate. Then, when we decided to walk away, suddenly the insurances were fine. The $8.95 fee to use their tolls is another scam. Claim to have military discount online but do not offer any discount what so ever. Advertised a price at 189.00 however added over 170.00 dollars in other fees. Did not direct my family to the car, did not do a initial walk around of the vehicle to look for damages. I personal had to report to the front desk all the damages in fear they would try to charge me after. Vehicle had warning lights on the entire time. Over all will not use this car rental service again.

If I could put NEGATIVE stars, I would. One star is being far too kind Allow me to begin telling you that i have had such a terrible experience & I blame both Expedia & U-Save. I was expected to pick up a Mini Van today at 12:00pm, and as per the the terms of the online reservation I made via Expedia, my vehicle would include UNLIMITED mileage and the estimated cost was to be $229 and the email specifically stated that this was amount due at pick up; needless to say, that was not the case when I got there. Between the $229 + deposit fee for trying to use a debit card + insurance (which I purchased from Expedia for $60 pending a refund!) + ADDITIONAL $10 per day for unlimited miles, it was going to be easily $900. I want to follow up on a recent car rental experience I had with USAVE. Invoice No.: WSV0020285. I have rented cars from all over the USA and other countries as well. When I was picking up the car from Miami USAVE agent was extremely rude. He asked about my car insurance and when I provided them, he told me it wasn’t good enough and wanted more verification and made a call State Farm. (When I did the booking, I called usave Miami and confirmed my car insurance was good enough) I don’t mind that but he did not follow any COIVD safety protocols. He used my phone to talk to state farm agent and didn’t even bother to wipe my phone down after using it.
