U-Save Car & Truck Rental - Fargo

I came into this place in September to rent a vehicle to go see my mom for her Surprise 67th Birthday party. I literally am lost for words to say. This company was such a blessing to us. They were professional, kind, and engaged. Thoughtful, honest and down to earth. The customer service I received was top tier. Highly highly recommend! Good people with good and affordable prices. I pray that this company abound with more and more business and keep up with success!

I had set up a reservation with enterprise. Worked out all of the logistics to get us a second car for some work we needed to do in Fargo. After driving 12.5 hours we got to enterprise and was told they wanted a 500 dollar deposit and would not allow us to use our business credit card. With that said we came here last minute and was I pleasantly surprised. Their cars are clean. The car we got was absolutely amazing. The young lady we worked with was phenomenal. In the end these guys came in clutch when we needed it the most and was very instrumental in us being able to finish up a multi million dollar deal. If you come to Fargo use these guys, screw enterprise.

Turn the brightness of your LED advertising sign down! There's no reason I should get blinded at night driving past your business. I literally avoid 25th at night just because of it.

My very first time getting a car from them a week ago. Kelley lied about mileage cost .Very dishonest. Told me one thing and put another on contract. Told me it was my fault for trusting her word and reading the contract which is true. Wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them. My first time doing business and it was the worse. Bought a 2008 subaru legacy from them. Wasn't a real GT and they didn't tell me that until right before I paid them. So first off I had the car maybe 24 hours when the check engine light came on. It disables the cruise and many other options when the engine light comes on.i told them it was a code for catalytic coverters. And i noticed a front strut problem. I brought it to them and they brought it to there mechanic. They said he replaced a speed control sensor. I got it back and the check engine light was back on in 24 hours. I took it to there mechanic myself and told him what was going on. I got it back and he said he put the wrong gaskets in last time. I drove away and noticed the strut was not fixed and it was not idling like it used to. Like it was wanting to die out. She says they
