U-Save Car & Truck Rental - Pocatello

I am so sad to have to leave a one star review, but I called about a week and a half in advance to rent their big 14 seater van and planned a day with friends around it. The man on the phone checked the schedule and told me it was available. I told him my name and to reserve it for me. He told me what the price would be and said we were good to go. I just went to pick it up and my reservation was never entered and they rented it to someone else. I am super bummed because we love supporting local but I was offered no apologies or any way to make it right.

We have used this service many times and it's always top notch! The cars are clean and there's always a great selection! This time was a little extra special though! Kristen was so professional! We called ahead because our car had broken down on the freeway and she had our car ready for us when we arrived! The rental process was seamless and the return was even better! Thank you Kristen for the great experience! You are our go to rental service ❤️

Should be a zero. Establishment does not accept debit/ chipped bank cards. Does take cash. Bummer. They are cheap but basically cant help you unless you have a credit card. Should have gone with ENTERPRISE to begin with. Form of payment is not and has never been a concern. No wonder the parking lot is empty.

Terrible business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. Quoted one price & Matt told me over the phone and in his office when picking up the vehicle that we would not be charged any more than the price quoted & gave us a few extra hours to return the vehicle. It was a total lie and he was quick to tack on extra fees despite what he said about not charging any more. We returned the vehicle in pristine condition, did not go over the allotted miles, returned it exactly when was agreed upon and followed all the rules. They are liars and cheats & will take your money. Terrible way to do business! Do not do business with Matt Meador!

Straightforward prices, excellent customer service, friendly staff. I have rented from other car rental companies in town and have been frustrated with all the hidden prices. I got an clean, late model car at a good price, and they remembered my name. What’s not to love!
