The check engine light and message "Engine Power Reduced" suddenly appeared on my dash. I called Uftring Chevy service department and they told me I could bring it in so they could at least read the code(s) were applicable. After they did this, service adviser Mike Chioni checked to see if the part was available (it was), and I left my car. Adviser Nattie Jackson called me a while later to let me know what was definitively found, and then she called again a couple hours later to let me know that the technician stayed late and got my car repaired. I rely on my car to take my senior parents to appointments (dad has lots of health concerns) and these employees went the extra mile to get my car fixed so I could use it to take my dad to an appointment tomorrow morning. I cannot say enough
Profound service with confidence in the work. Staff is expert, cordial and congenial. Paying at the desk and having the car brought forward inside for departure is exceptional service and very much appreciated. Repair / maintenance is always performed perfectly and pleasantly.
The entire service team at Uftring Chevrolet was absolutely fantastic. They were willing to install my aftermarket exhaust no questions asked, and kept me up to date on the whole process from start to finish. They took care of the car like it was their own, complete with a complementary wash after they were finished. Will be coming back for any and all service needed in the future!
Service was great! Nattie was super nice and very knowledgeable. I didn’t get the name of the service technician (their tech number was 1070) but they looked at my brakes and said they didn’t need repairs. I’m not sure what they did but the issue went away after they looked at it, and they didn’t try to push unnecessary work onto me. 10/10, would definitely come back
