Uptown Wash

Went there February 7 to wash my car went through the last stall that is fully automatic heard a loud pop and didn't know what happened i pulled out of the stall parked and saw the antenna base on top of my suv was busted off and the antenna wire was snapped taled to the attendant he said the owner will get ahold of me the owner has never called me and I had to pay over 2k in repairs would not recommend going here i will not return

The car wash is always spotless and the equipment works flawlessly. It's refreshing to see such dedication to maintaining a high-quality service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car washing needs!

Wish 1 star wasn't even an option. I went to the cloth wash as I was trying to remove some salt and mild surface snow dust off the car. They only have 3 options and even the cheapest gives you just a basic wash and that's it for $5. I said what they hey decided to go for the $10 full wash and dry..the so claimed high pressure was more like a rinse. I'm pretty certain my shower has more pressure. The whole wash and rinse lasts about 2 minutes which isn't enough, low water pressure, and slower than most mop spins. Once I started to go through the heated dry, I looked at the timer and it said I had 56 seconds left and within a few seconds it turned itself off and said 0. So now I'm left $10 less for a car that looks like someone just sprayed my car down with hose water that's now frozen and a

**Edit**** Management contacted me and said this issue was fixed. I look forward to stopping in and try out the fixed wash! Thanks for your help! Used the city wash, and it did not wash the drivers side of the car. The cloth did not go on the hood of the drivers side, and my car looked rediculous with one side clean and the other hardly touched. Until this is fixed, I do not recommend this wash.

Such a great car wash! Highly recommend. The attendant working today helped me out because my card was acting up. Again highly recommend this carwash!
