Went to ugm this morning with my uncle with my mind set on a Honda crv they had posted online but when we got there someone else before us put a hold on it till finance went thru so it wasn't an option anymore that's when we met Mike. He was super amazing with our needs although I had my mind set on the Honda he let us explore all their other options in our price range. Mike was super patient and thorough and carefully explained everything we needed to or wanted to know about super vehicles. I couldn't of ask for a better experience than what we experienced today. All the money they receive goes to shelters and treatment centers and they work with no commission so there's no pressure AT ALL. If you have never bought a vehicle here you are missing out. No commissions, Transparency. Professionalism, Great selection, Great people, Great prices, And more. They don't just buy cars at auction to flip like many other car lots. For me knowing that the cars are donated, worked on in house, and proceeds go right back into better my community, it was a no brainer. Carfax and full disclosures on each vehicle, Peace of mind. Just don't wait or you might miss the best bang for your buck.

I bought a ranger truck from them a few years back! They are very very honest and fully disclosed all the problems it had. That being said, I do agree with many of the other reviewers in that since the vehicles are donated, they are kind of they’re not kind of very overpriced. I’ve been saving and I wanted to go buy a new vehicle from them because I do trust or disclosure, but they were asking almost double for the vehicles Than the same vehicles. I was looking at through private parties, and I agree that they don’t really go by the blue book so since I got them for free and they are giving learning experience to people, I do think that they need to rethink their prices !!

Customer service is great but the vehicles are all donated, and they want to charge you out the ear for them. I test drove a truck that didnt even make it around the block it kept dying. I did get it to a gas station and put some fuel in it. It barely made it back. I test drove four vehicles and they all had severe problems. The prices are too high considering they are again all donated. They dont even go off blue book. In my opinion I feel like they are about making money not about helping the community, I know the shelter helps people, maybe this is designed to help with those expenses. Second time getting a vehicle from them there great friendly fast service reliable and convenient and the donation go to help with treatment and homeless or the missfortionet they gave me a chance the first time and I would recommend them to anyone thank you for all your help and support the Burnley family
