Reached out online to inquire about having some work done on my new car. Wanted it done as quickly as possible after purchase. Immediately got a call from Albie who was able to send me an estimate same day and dropped off the car the day after purchase. Work was done quickly and Albie was so great to communicate with and sent me updates throughout the week. He gave us a tour of the facility when we visited and was very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience!! We will definitely go back to ultimate and request Albie.

Anthony was absolutely fantastic to work with. I could not be more pleased with the experience from start to finish or the end results, which exceeded my expectations. Anthony and I spoke about what I was trying to achieve, and he said he would put together an estimate and reply back. He was responsive and thorough. I had my existing wheels powder coated/refinished. I really liked the wheels, but they started to show wear, light scratches, scuffing, and were becoming dull. What a fantastic job they did! He met me on his day off to meet me and receive the vehicle. He set expectations and exceeded them. Exceptional customer service, awesome results, great interaction. Great experience The team at Ultimate Auto is top notch professional all the way. Our modifications to our Ferrari Roma Spyder were done exactly as expected and work was efficient with great communication. I think the only addition thing they could do to elevate the experience to match their shop and work is to offer shuttle service either in house or with Uber. Thanks team UA
