I brought my car in this morning for what I thought was a bad wheel bearing. After taking a look at it they called to tell me it was rust on my wheel hub backing plate and that they cleaned it up. The bill was only $50 and not the couple hundred I expected. They advised me I could use some tires but it wasn't pressing. Because of the exceptional service and honesty I decided to get the tires from them to support the business. It's hard to find places like this these days and I will definitely be coming back the next time I need my car looked at. Thanks guys for the great service.

I’ve been going to Ultimate for years and will continue to do so. Matt (Owner) is always accommodating, explains everything well and the work is done in a timely manner.

Called for a labor quote and got a lecture I didn't ask for instead. Instantly lost a customer because they couldn't take the time to have a conversation, instead of (incorrectly) correcting me.
