Ultimate Express Car Wash

This place is a total rip-off! I wanted a refund right after I paid because I realized it wasn't full service and I didn't want to vacuum the car myself. But the guy didn't let me go out, even though there was only one car behind me, just so I could get out of line. The person who took my card was super rude and didn't even bother to explain their services. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. And there's no way to contact management either.

I was very happy with not only the car wash itself, but the customer service as well. I had an issue with the free car wash coupon they were giving out, and I emailed customer service asking if there was any way I could have it resent as the one I got said it was already redeemed. There was some back and forth, at first I wasn’t sure if they believed me and said they couldn’t give another one. But eventually they made it right and I understand being cautious at first. So I got to try the car wash and the attendants were very nice, and it was quick and easy! Not spotless but my car was pretty dirty, I imagine if you get the monthly pass and keep up with going it’ll help out way more. Wanted the basic wash to remove some dirt off my truck, noticed I was charged on the card $21. Was informed that any damages would be my responsibility and didn’t even suggest to do a less aggressive wash option. Yanking the top light of jeep. Jeep is still dirty. 1st & last time coming here.

Great customer service! Friendly staff, went today and the attendant offered me this monthly special for $9.00 now I can go wash my car once a day for 30 days without paying! The other car wash charges $8.00 for 8 minutes, so definitely recommend this monthly special 👍💯

basic car wash great for a quick clean. the vacuums are self service however which is good or bad depending on your preference. the quality of the wash doesn't seem to do more than just give a basic cleaning so if you are trying to get more dirt and grime and bird poop off you may consider a pro detail shop.
