Ultimate Shine Car Wash

I will start by saying the car wash I received was free. It was the ultimate shine car wash and the vehicle did look great afterwards. The big draw is having the vacuums undercover and although they have Perks such as a vacuum nozzle on each side of the vehicle and glass spray and chamois which is great. Really the only criticism is the shammies or not dry and they seem to have a film on them I would not recommend to use them on the inside glass of your vehicle. These Minor details are the reason for four instead of five stars but as far as the experience when it was great we got in and out in record time even though there was a constant stream of vehicles that day. I took my 2025 4Runner to this car wash, and my experience was terrible. When I went to the vacuum area, I noticed that the exterior plastic trim above the wheels was scratched. It looked like the rollers had pressed against them too hard, and the same thing happened to my side mirrors. Overall, the paint on my truck was badly damaged at this car wash. I'm not sure, but if the person who greets you at the entrance is responsible for telling the system what type of vehicle is entering, then this person must have indicated it was a smaller car, thus causing the damage to my truck. Now I'll have to get my truck polished, and I haven't even had it for two weeks. All because I went to this place.

Great wash and wax. The vacuum area is enclosed which is nice especially when cold. The floor mat cleaner was out of order but one of the guys took my rubber mats and hosed them down at the prep area as you pull into the car wash. Then he brought them to me after he dried them! Outstanding service!!

A week and a half ago I filled out an incident report while going through the car wash the rollers stopped the car in front of me when they were in the tire shine my car continue to roll on the rollers and hit the car in front of me still have not got a call back. The staff and assistant manager made it seem like it was my fault. Not sure if I want to go back. I’ve been paying for a membership since they opened. They made me feel like they don’t care about the incident or can’t even give me a call back. It’s very unprofessional.

Sara was very professional and polite during my experience today, her customer service lead me to decide to buy a monthly pass! She went out of her way to give my son a toy and was very helpful in my experience. Kudos to this company hiring professionals who care about service!
