I’m writing this review while still sitting in the shop because I’m genuinely that grateful. I came in after getting yet another flat tire — this was shortly after having the same tire replaced. (Not at this shop.) The gentleman at the front counter took the time to actually show me what caused the issue. He explained that debris had built up and corroded my tire sensor, which was the real reason my tire kept going flat. I’ve replaced this same tire about four times in the past eight months, and not one other shop paused to investigate the root cause, they simply replaced it. So no matter how many new tires I purchased, the problem was never truly fixed. I truly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and care shown here. Today I decided to chance it by dropping in to see if they could replace my headlight. They were able to take care of it within 15 minutes and for only $30! The service was friendly and welcoming. I may very well go to this place for other services.

Extremely disappointed in the attitude of the owner (pretty sure his name is Nick). For a business that has been around for quite a while, you’d expect him to be friendlier and more professional, but he was rude and dismissive. The experience left a bad taste and we will never go back.

I've been going there for years. Nick and his team are honest, accommodating and always get the job done when promised. They will always be my go-to place for tires and mechanic work.

I wish I could give 10 starts, Ultimate Tire did a great job with reasonable Price I have my rare Axle/beam broken I went to like 5 AUTO Mechanic few was like nope this is heavy damage I can't and others was over Pricing Thank God I was able to spot Nick the manager of the shop Check everything and order the part and fix same day Which really amaze me , I thought needed a new car but Ultimate Tire team SAVE ME! will recommend and will definitely come back Again
