Outstanding Service — Worth the Drive from Canada We just picked up our 2024 Grand Design Solitude 380FL from Ultimate Transportation in Fargo, North Dakota, and it was one of the best purchasing experiences we’ve ever had. We made the long drive from Alberta, Canada, passing dozens of RV dealerships along the way — and we’re so glad we did. We brought all our gear in a U-Haul, transferred it to the trailer right at Ultimate’s lot, and left the U-Haul behind. Everything was smooth, stress-free, and well organized. We recently purchased a new Grand Design camper from Ultimate Transportation. Maddie was beyond helpful and amazing to work with!! Our camper has exceeded our expectations and is perfect for our family. Grand Design makes top of the line campers! I highly recommend Ultimate Transportation! I would really love to give this place five stars because the people that I worked with were really fantastic. Very nice, always friendly, and always polite. The reason for the three star rating is because I was promised a tire pressure monitoring system for my rig and it took me literally months to get them to make good on that promise. That included several days of calling them daily to check the most recent status. I bought my rig from them in May and this was not resolved until well into the month of August. So my warning is, don’t leave the lot without everything that’s been promised as part of the deal.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Now I have read the posts and a lot of the negative posts the business will respond with, "that was the old owner's and we apologize." The new owner/management/company still don't care. My wife and I had been searching for several months for a travel trailer and landed on a used 2019 model on their lot. The price was $20,000 and had been posted for several months (Facebook time stamp) I observed that the price went up the week of a camper show to $25,000. Not out of the ordinary for other dealers to do that. I asked about the price change and they said no it was 25k and not 20k but that if we agreed on the 20k price the camper would be sold as is however they were going to use it the week of the camper show.
