I have used Ultra Advanced Collision for over 20 years. The facility is clean and well organized. Dennis the owner as well as his staff have always been courteous and professional to deal with and had explained all work performed in detail. The work performed as usual was exceptional outstanding top-notch. Highly recommend no need to go anywhere else as they are the best in the business. Thanks again to all at Ultra Advanced Collision. Been using them 30yrs. They are the best. Id never go anywhere else. The work is perfect, shop is clean, they are perfectionists when delivering a product and stand behind their work. They are also up to date on all the new technology thats in these cars which is important.
Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible! Attempted to schedule an appointment for the "in house adjuster" two weeks pass by and it's impossible to get a professional response. Today, I heard "he will call you in an hour" 5 times! If I didn't call back I'd still be waiting. Stay away from these crooks!
I would never trust another Body shop! Ultra Advanced is Beyond Great!
