Ultra Auto Spa

I chose Ultra Mobile Detailing after reading all the great reviews, and they did not disappoint. I went with the standard detail package and added spot scratch removal. They were kind enough to drop me off at home and pick me up once the service was finished, so I didn’t have to wait around for two hours—which I really appreciated. Everyone was extremely respectful, professional, and genuine. My car looks amazing and is spotless inside and out. I would definitely recommend them!

Update: I called and asked them to come and do a redeem clean and they did. Much better clean the 2nd go round. I would say, the first day when the tech arrived he told me that the time estimate he was given for the job was from 9 am - 11:20 am. The job was to detail a full sized suburban and a crew cab F150. If the employee is allocated an 1 hour and 10 mins per vehicle, that seems like a policy problem. I added 2 stars to my original review, and I appreciate them coming back, but personally, I wouldn’t use them again. Original review: The guy who did the job was super nice, but this is the worst detailing job I’ve ever gotten.

Ultra Auto Spa did an amazing job on my 2017 Toyota 4 Runner today. I have a 14 year old boy who is active in sports and my car was a mess. They came to our house and took their time making sure my car was spotless. They have a ton of different services. I would highly recommend using them.

The last time I went through an automatic wash I found extra scuff marks and a fine mist of black goo on the paint. You can see some spots left on the plastic paint protector (normal) in the second photo with a deep scratch left by the previous owner. Joe went the extra mile to hide the deep scratches, remove scuff marks as well as removing the black goo. The paint is smooth and the imperfections are hard to see from a distance.

Got my truck detailed and it came out spotless, inside and out! They really took their time, every corner looks brand new again. Way beyond what I expected. Definitely a five-star job!
