I’m enormously grateful for Underwoods Towing and especially our driver Chris. We had a catastrophic breakdown on I-75 on our way home from vacation and were trapped on the left shoulder for several hours, waiting on a AAA tow that never came. With dusk approaching, I finally did what I should have done at the beginning and called Underwoods. They answered immediately, understood that we needed an urgent tow, and within 5 minutes, I had a call back from Chris to confirm our location and give us an ETA. He got there within 20 minutes and had us, our car, and our dog off the highway and towed to a safe location before dark. I honestly could not recommend Chris and Underwoods Towing more highly. They made a scary situation much, much better, and I’m so grateful for them for showing up promptl

Very responsive! Got me off the Interstate and to the repair shop in a quick hurry. The driver was top notch. I had a Ram 3500 dually they handeld no problem

They towed my semi when I had permission to park there and then refused to let me in to get my truck. They also are charging me $1000. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s Christmas time and I hope you jerks are happy about stealing my money right at the holidays.

This company needs to hire their drivers that know how to drive! I caught on driver on my dash cam going almost 70 in a 45 on Highway 57 in Jones county then slowed down when he saw GSP up head…I don’t think I would recommend this towing company at all…

Hello, I haven't to unfortunately write a review of my experience with Underwood Towing. My wife and I were transporting out RV from Orlando FL when the power seemed to die out. We requested a tow from Underwood towing 08/16/2025 from One9 Vienna GA to Ray-Lee Truck Repair (AWESOME PLACE BY THE WAY ASK FOR DEBORAH⭐🎯) Byron GA which is approximately 40-45 miles away. The owners wife charged us $1,150 as a past wrecker ... this woman upcharged nearly $500, and even though it's a weekend... no way was this price usual. Furthermore, the driver was fairly nice and helped point us toward Ray-Lee Truck Repair🎯 the woman did ask for cash only transaction to pay to the driver. As none residents of GA... we did not know the low volume of Chase Branches. In the midst, of collecting the funds from
