Undisputed Auto Care

I posted on Facebook about needing my fender liner replaced and Justin the owner reached out to me saying his shop could take care of it. Everybody here is so nice and helpful. I was told it would take an hour and it took 40 minutes! The entire process from scheduling to dropping off my car to picking it up went smoothly. 100% recommend Unsolicited Auto Care to anyone looking.

I’ve been very pleased with Undisputed Auto. Last year the water pump on my explorer went and after reviewing estimates a from several places, they were the most reasonable and responsive. In the ford explorer it’s quite involved but they didn’t work and kept me updated. Fast forward to this year; we noticed leaking coolant and brought it back in. They got me in quickly and ran diagnostics. They were able to quickly identify the issue and resolved it. They were honest, and said either installation issue or manufacture. Either way they resolved it and ran more tests. I picked up the vehicle that day for no charge. Ira hard to find a trust worthy auto mechanic shop that has reasonable prices. I would highly recommend!

I was extremely happy with my experience at Undisputed Auto. I was recommended by a friend and brought my car in for state inspection. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with unresponsive, slow auto shops but had the opposite experience here! The front desk receptionists were so friendly, communicative, and efficient, and the techs were detailed and thorough in their inspection and repair. I have recommended Undisputed already to friends and family.

The lady and the gentleman at the front desk were so sweet, kind, and genuinely helpful. They got my car inspected quickly and even found an issue related to the tire plug in my car, and fixed it for no cost. I really appreciate how professional and caring the team was. Went in with a manual transmission slipping concern. The guys spent their time driving, evaluating and inspecting components, but naturally the transmission happened to perform without issue. I fully expected to pay for the diagnosis, but Justin waived the fee and I only paid (a very fair price) for another service I had performed. I really appreciated the honesty, and will certainly return for other automotive needs in the future. Courteous staff, and honest. Thumbs up!
