Uni Auto Rental

Very disappointing experience with this car rental company. They have hidden fees and unclear terms, and none of the extra charges were explained beforehand. Even worse, they called and asked us to add engine oil ourselves, but later refused to reimburse the cost. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and unreliable service. Definitely would not recommend renting from them.

Be careful they are very sheisty.. in many ways. I am still trying to get my 600 deposit back from a month ago. If you read other reviews it seems to be a trend

Nice car. Nice customers service. But its been 15 business days and i haven't got my $300 deposit back yet!!! Citizens bank is not complicated. If you were able to take money off my card you should be able to return it!

Thank you to Uni car rental for being so understanding and helpful. Thank you to the guy who had so much patience to help us out and was willing to go the extra mile . I love how affordable they are .

Scamming big time hidden fees . Over charging and still have not got my deposit back yet I have had to call credit card company 3 times.
