I want to mention this great dealer here, I did not purchase the Honda crv, be because it just wasnt in the car for me but the way he approach the situation, told it how it was, was professional and fun!. he let me check our car will not this are we just fees? Other dealerships are doing he let me do my homework. He just told her how it was and he just is phenomenal neighborhood car dealership, I do periodically look for cars that he has because I would love to buy car because his customer service is great

I bought a pickup truck, and during the test drive it went into limp mode on the highway. A mechanic came out and said the accelerator actuator had come off. They promised to replace it with a new part, but made me wait almost two weeks while giving me the runaround. I even asked them to at least fill up the gas tank for the inconvenience they agreed, but never did. Six months later, the exact same issue happened again. I called them so they could fix it, and they told me they were “fully booked” and couldn’t help. At that point, I didn’t even bother calling back I fixed it myself. It’s clear they likely installed an aftermarket or cheap part to save money. This is bad-faith behavior, plain and simple.

I bought my recent car from these gentlemen 4years ago and definitely was the best decision and purchase made!!! They are great and their options in autos as well!! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great car deal!!! 🤝

I recently visited Union street auto sales to purchase a car, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in Josh was incredibly welcoming and honest from the start! The process was smooth and efficient. After test driving the vehicle we needed a bit longer to decide if we wanted to make the purchase and Josh was very understanding, later that day we called him to let him know we wanted to move forward with the purchase, he also made that transaction very easy. Not even a week later we were back there picking up our new to us 2020 Chevy suburban! The suv was spotless and ready to go! Josh made sure to have everything ready so that it took no time!
