Unique Auto Brokers

We have been everywhere trying to find someone to help us out with a car since my husband passed away. They was great and worked with me on what we could put down to have a good dependable car to get around in for me and my grandbabies. If your looking for someone to help u out and get u back on the road go talk to the guys at unique auto.

I am reposting this review from about six years ago, because somehow they have removed all of the old negative reviews from their profile and moved them to the Long branch saloon and Grills google page (in Newport TN). Look at their google reviews to find numerous one star reviews from unique auto brokers. DO NOT TRUST UNIQUE AUTO BROKERS. This is a dishonest, disloyal and deceptive business. This dealership will lie to your face, in their ads and will leave you high and dry. I would strongly caution anyone from purchasing a vehicle from this shady dealership. I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from them, I specifically talked to Brennan. They lied about nearly every single thing they could possibly lie about to sell this vehicle to me. Look up Long Branch Saloon in Newport, TN. They somehow have negative reviews for Unique under their reviews. Something is off about this place. Went to look for a car, asked what they had under 150,000 miles. Test drove a Toyota Corolla and multiple check engine and other lights came on immediately. Also it had over 200k miles. Immediately came back, and he tries getting me to look at a Honda odyssey. We go around the lot because he was trying to figure out who repaired it and what they did for me, and after talking with what I can only liken to the 3 stooges they finally figure out who worked on it. The mechanic who worked on it had a car jacked up on tires and couldn’t tell his boss what he was doing with it. Says the alternator and brakes and rotors were fixed on it. We go to look a

Came in today needing a vehicle pretty fast. The first gentleman was a great help showing us vehicles that fit my monthly payment and down payment. And the gentleman that finalized everything was a great help. Vehicle has some very small cosmetic issues. Parts ordered bringing vehicle back to be fixed. I would recommend this place for a vehicle
