I was traveling from Baltimore and need to get my 2008 Ford escape service for a Cadillac converter and muffler was quoted a very affordable price! Bernard, the owner got my car in and out within that same day😊! Will be coming back to service my next car soon !

I had body work on my car and they could not make a work order for me and also refused to give me a document of acknowledgement that the part I bought was shipped to them. The manager is very rude, loud and not helpful. The moment I call he starts to shout. I'll never recommend anyone getting services from this place.

Took my car here for brake and rotor replacement. Bernard told me he would find out how much the parts would be and call me with an estimate. Waited all morning and didn’t hear anything so I called the shop and they said they had tried to call me (they hadn’t) and gave me a very high estimate. I told them I’d call them back after discussing it with my wife. He immediately called me back and adjusted the amount to about 100 dollars less. Again I told them to give me time to talk to my wife and I’d call back. My wife and I decided to go elsewhere to look for a better price and when I called back he told me it was already done! I refused to pay a dime since I didn’t authorize any work to be done on my car. He got annoyed and accused me of wasting his time! He told me he was going to take off

The older man that owns the place is very rude and disrespectful when u call to fins out about ur car they dont.keep u updated.

He charges way too much money and he don't give you no invoice or receipt that prove that he did the work and he just take your money
