Have had issues in the past, but I seems S.C.A.T.T. is working to improve their customer satisfaction. For this last visit/interaction I find myself giving them a well earned 5 stars. The work done: Alde flush, lithium battery conversion, window replacements and some inside cosmetic issues. My big thank you to the S.C.A.T.T. crew.

Knowledgeable, Jason really knows our camper inside and out. Entire staff is easy to work with. On time with maintenance appointments. Detailed explanations of issues. We bought our camper at Scatt and have worked with the crew there for over three years. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic experience you can only get from a family business. Found a new unit that was older. They made it super easy to get the deal done and no hassles. In fact I probably hassled them.
