I recently had my truck repaired after a front end collision and Unique Collision @249 did a fantastic job getting me back on the road. They worked directly with my insurance company to make the entire process as seamless as possible. My vehicle was in the shop the day after the collision and they had a repair estimate the following day. Robert gave me frequent updates about the entire process. The entire experience from accident to picking up my truck was 16 days and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was parked right in the front of the shop, immaculately detailed. Though there was no interior work needed, the floor mats had been cleaned and the vehicle looked as good as new. The tires had been cleaned, and the quality of the repairs was second to none. Overall it was a good experience using Unique Collision to service my vehicle during a bad situation. Long story short my car was parked in front of my home when it was struck by an elderly neighbor driving. My car sustained damage to my front driver's side fender, the mirror was knocked off, and paint transfer from the front to back door. So it was an insurance claim that took place smoothly. Unique Collision had a working relationship with my neighbors insurance and Enterprise for rental car needs. I was updated with text messages as well as direct calls from the rep handling my repair job. I got my car back in less than 2 weeks. I was very satisfied with the quality work. Unique Collision is the best! I worked directly with the manager, Robert, who saw to it that my car was perfectly repaired. They detailed and waxed my car. It’s never been cleaner! When Robert found out that my insurance company neglected to add rental car insurance to my policy when I requested it, he repaired my car in just 1 week. There was a lot of damage from the deer hit, so that was a feat. He said he just wanted to give my car back sooner than expected because I didn’t have a rental car. That’s true customer service. You don’t find that around too much these days. I highly recommend unique collision. They do excellent work!

They are currently repairing a minor fender bender my wife was involved in (other parties fault) so we will see how they do here in the next couple of weeks but for now, we’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say 5 stars!!! Update… We got our car back today and these guys did amazing work!!! I’m not body expert by far but I do have an eye for detail and I’m quite picky with my work as well as others and I can honestly say that I’m impressed with the process, staff and quality of work from beginning to end. They even did an excellent job detailing our car!!! 🚘 Their business model appears to be solid and sound. Unique Collision should be very proud of theirs workers and the business as a whole.
