My car is practically better than new! They did take about a week longer than stated to complete the work and the communication could have been better. But when I was finally able to pick up my car, they were extremely apologetic and had done a spectacular job.

Well I've been rear-ended again this makes the fourth time. The first time was in 2013 , 2014, 2015 now 2022. Every time I have had United Collision fix my truck it has been a really great job so I'm bringing them back again for my 2022 accident I was hit the day after Christmas. I am looking forward to getting a new bumper on my truck. They do good work they are very busy. The man that owns a company is very nice. This is a before picture hopefully I can put an after picture when I get it fixed.

Had my car repaired here everything was great except the wait time but after I received my vehicle it was well worth every minute!!! I highly recommend!

I give them a 10/10…highly recommend! They were very polite and professional! They did an amazing job on fixing my truck…it looks brand new! They even cleaned my leather interior on my dashboard and I wasn’t expecting that. They kept me updated with everything and they completed the job sooner than expected. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my truck.

Never called the day they said the car would be done ... after nearly a month and after a second extension of time to have it fixed. Hundreds of dollars on a rental (would've been over rental insurance coverage time too). They abuse the fact that insurance is paying for the repair and take their time! Do not recommend.
