Excellent customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stephan Forster helped me get the exact refrigerator I needed. Stephan patiently explained the difference between refrigerators and why one would be considered better than another. United RV Parts was out of what I chose so he got my number and personally texted to let me know when it was in. This beautiful person didn’t have to do any of what he did as it wasn’t even his job (I inadvertently got him during a call transfer), yet he helped me anyway - diligently, with care and immense patience. Everyone I talked to there was so kind. In a time where businesses are moving into more AI and impersonal contact, I felt very supported as I made this high ticket decision. I had the best customer service experience of my life with Lainie Newby. I went in thinking it’d be some time to hear back on a water heater question and Lainie responded immediately. She then answered all of my questions differentiating them and sent me links. The price had changed and she even informed me when the price dropped again so I could order. She is truly great. We picked up our trailer today after the completion of a couple of warranty repairs. Patrick Owsley was outstanding in ensuring that the repairs were done correctly and met URV’s standards of excellence. We had not worked with Patrick before, and he took lots of time to talk with us, answer our questions, and make sure that we were happy with the work done. Thank you, Patrick! Lainey Newby was so easy to work with and so knowledgeable. After just a few minutes I could tell that she really knows the products and the details. Her confidence in the extended warranty company that you use made me purchase the 2 year extension. I almost never do extended warranty. And wow the Coleman a/c arrived 2 days later. Theres just nothing negative to say, and thats saying something these days.
