United States Transport provided outstanding service from start to finish. They successfully transported my father’s box truck from Orlando back to Lehigh Acres, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. Roxana in the office was awesome—professional, responsive, and extremely helpful with communication and scheduling. She made everything easy and stress-free. The tow truck driver, Frank, did an incredible job. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and handled the vehicle with great care. I truly appreciate the professionalism and reliability of the entire team. After having my ford ranger completely totaled. I had Steve arrive on the scene immediately, was such a great guy to talk to and run me through everything. As well as double checking all the information was correct to ensure there wasn’t any confusion. Would definitely want him there again if anything else were to happen. He goes above and beyond.

CAR WAS DEAD IN MY DRIVEWAY. COULDN’T EVEN OPEN THE DOORS CALLED AAA AND THEY CONNECT US TO UNITED STATES TRANSPORT, TOWING, AND RECOVERY SERVICES. GENTLEMEN‘S NAME WAS STEVE, HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL.!! HE WAS ABLE TO GET MY CAR DOOR OPEN, AND MY CAR STARTED BUT STILL TOWED IT TO THE MECHANIC AS A PRECAUTION. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUICK SERVICE AND RESPONSE I GOT FROM THIS COMPANY!! SO KUDOS TO A JOB WELL DONE.
