United Tire Shop #2 LLC

I recently went here for a North Carolina state inspection. The inspection itself was quick and my car passed without any issues, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, things went downhill when it was time to pay. I was told their “system was down” and that this apparently happens regularly.. sometimes it’s back up in 10 minutes, sometimes it takes up to two days. I left my name and number so they could contact me once it was working again. After not hearing anything for over two days, I called to check in. Each time I spoke with someone, I was told they would look into it and call me back. I never received a single callback. After multiple follow-ups on my end, I finally received a text from the front desk saying there was nothing they could do to help me. While the inspection itself was fa

Price is good. The crew works fast & is reliable. The waiting are has a Roku tv free for the customers to use. Only complaint is the couch faintly smells like cigarettes. Will be back for future work

Couple months back took them $3,000 rims to put tires on. It took them 8 hours just to tell me they couldn’t do it. In the process I go to check on my rims and they are taking crowbars to the front of the rim trying to get the tire on. Before I left I showed them the damage and they said they didn’t cause it. I proceeded to take it to house of toyz and they did an amazing job. Fast forward to today I went to get the rim fixed because it was bent and they had the rim in their possession and quoted me a price then the manager comes out and hands me the rims and say they aren’t going to do it since I accused them of scratching the front of the rim and for taking it to house of toyz. This place will no longer have my services nor will it have any of my friends services when it come to rims.

My tire popped about a mile away from those location, I was able to get two new tired and received such great customer service that I came the next day to get some maintenance and repairs done. Miguel is very knowledgeable and Professional, I will be bring my car here all the way from Raleigh for now on. Great Service Great Price
