I've bought both new & used cars over the years and just telling friends, neighbors, family, and co-workers isn't enough for the service Kevin provided me with. I have not done a review for a car dealership since 2017 and have made numerous vehicle purchases since then. Do yourself the favor go see Kevin, because words don't do justice for the service and experience you will have.

The owner and employees are very pleasant individuals. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek XV back in early 2024. After purchasing, I needed to get the shifter plate guide fixed within the first few months of having the Subaru ($400 plus fix). This Spring of 2025 I went to go turn on the AC and no cold air ever came out. I then went and put freon in but that just made something in the car start screaming and clicking, and still, no cold air is coming through... somebody told me that the AC compressor might need to be replaced which I'm told is another several hundred dollar fix SMH. Lastly my driver side head light keeps blacking out on me. I have to keep popping up the hood to shake and twist the bulb so that the light comes back on (this is a brand new bulb).

Looking to buy our 6th car from Kevin! Absolutely THE BEST customer service we've experienced of any new or used car dealer. All cars, new and used, can have problems after you drive them off the lot. Kevin stands behind everything he sells-- no BS--going way above and beyond the call of duty to take care of his customers. He's so good to our kids who are now first-time buyers! I have honestly never seen anything like it. Beneath the weather worn veneer of the lot stands a 3rd Generation Carroll County treasure.

Recently I purchased a 2009 Toyota Sienna from Kevin , I promised to write a review and unfortunately I didn't remember right away. However I think that's a Blessing actually so that this review is An Accurate, Absolute and has some time ( roughly 5 months) to it! Kevin is Fabulous & I was referred to him by a friend who's retired from WPD, and also several other officers whom I either work with or am in contact with enough to ask " where's the best place to purchase a used vehicle" Kevin came recommended 💯 & I couldn't be more grateful!
