I had very good experience with universal auto and body repair shop. Extremely genuine people. Very reasonable. And very clean work. I’m single lady with no idea how things work when it comes to cars. They guided me really well. I’m very thankful to them. Would highly recommend this place.

Universal Auto & Body Repair is a great shop. They provide extraordinary service at extremely low prices. For the body work for my Prius which needed 2 door replacement and bumper change. Their estimate was upfront 30% lower than other auto shops, I have taken quote from 4-5 other shops. As they were charging less, I was little skeptical on how the final delivery will be like. But to my surprise, it was better than my expectation, the work looked like making car brand new. Thanks a lot!!

I had a fantastic experience with Universal Auto Body Shop. Very seamless experience and high quality work done in a timely fashion. The owner is always there to help his customers and is very responsive to customer requests. Reasonable rates and top quality customer service - my car had several damages and my car looks almost looked brand new when I got it back Highly recommend this body shop to anyone in the bay area - they are honest people who genuinely care for their customer and will go out of their way to provide the best service

It was a fantastic job. I am really happy with what they did for my car. They also touch painted some other minor scratches which were not part of the deal. And they were the cheapest shop I found after visiting like 8 shops. The only inconvinience was they didn't complete it on the day they promised me and I had to come back after 2 days and in which then again I was told to come after an hour. So you can expect a little delay. But generally I am soo happy with their work and will come back here.
