Universal Nissan Service Center

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Nissan Orlando. I brought my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek (only 6,969 miles) in for a routine oil change. Just one day later, I checked under the hood and found the coolant reservoir almost empty, well below the minimum level. Checking coolant is a basic part of Nissan’s multi-point inspection, especially on a nearly new vehicle. This was either not checked at all or ignored, which shows a clear lack of care and professionalism. Low coolant can lead to serious engine damage, and customers should not have to catch something this critical on their own. This completely breaks trust. Worst experience of any dealer... Appointment for service at 8am and was told it would take an hour and im still here after 4hrs. Whats worse is that they are saying the car has some break fault and when i google i learn that Nissan pathfinders are excessively wearing back brakes with front still new from a system issue and people even suing them due to the negligence and lack of accountability... None of which was explained to me as im charged 300 dollars to do the repair/replacement. I would not recommend people buy or service from here as these people seem to be alleged fraudsters

Universal Nissan Review My experience with this dealership was absolutely disappointing and unprofessional. On November 24, 2025 I walked in to this dealership looking to trade in my Jetta for something with more utility, like a truck. I met with Luc the salesperson and he guided me initially through the process of the trade. During this process I understand it’s supposed to be a negotiation and with that sales-service is supposed to be honest and transparent. I told Luc I would NOT be financing with Nissan, but using my own private, non- Nissan financing. In retrospect, I believe this use of private financing caused them to be unprofessional and uncaring to me as their customer and to not deliver honest customer service. 2ND UPDATE: I reached out to Gina the Reputation Manager via email with my contact information. I let her know I would no longer be doing business with Universal Nissan but am happy to provide feedback if she wished to reached out to me for that. No response. So I guess they don't care about "making it right" if it doesn't mean getting your business back. UPDATE: My Service Advisor recommended service that was not needed. They recommended replacing the rear brake rotors and completing a brake fluid exchange. Brought it down to Tire Kingdom down the road and they said brake pads and rotors are good for at least another two oil changes. Horrible customer service. The employees overcharged us for parts we already replaced. We took it 3 times and nothing got resolved. Spent almost $2,000 for top tier service and was disappointed. Took it to a ma and pa shop and the problem got fixed for $187. Find someone who can work on cars not throw parts at it! 0/10 is what I consider the service at Nissan.
