University Car Wash

I normally spend $3-5 at a self wash but thought I'd splurge and spend $27 here to get it extra nice. The result is so stunningly bad I'm at a loss for words. My car is still filthy so I have to do the self wash anyway. With little effort and nearly 1/10 the cost I can get my vehicle vastly cleaner. Infuriating. I want my money back.

For the money not good. Truck didn't even come our clean. They boys drying could care less. The one guy is super lazy while the others worked. Rims and tire shine is a joke. My rims were still super dirty and that's where the drying part should have helped. I tip well too. Could do better.

Surprised at all the changes since we were here last. The employees were friendly and very helpful. The car looked amazing after they were done. Since we had an older coupon we purchased, the vehicle was sent through the automatic car washer, dried by staff and then windows cleaned and vehicle vacuumed. Price appears to have changed based on desired level of cleaning. It took about 20 to 25 minutes from start to finish as they were not busy when we arrived.

The staff was very friendly but was let down from the change in services since the remodel. Working a very busy job I don’t get a lot of time to clean/vacuum out my car so I always opt for a full service car wash for the convenience. You now have to pay extra for the vacuum but they no longer wipe down the inside or clean the windows. The staff was wonderful and I tipped the guys who vacuumed the car since they did a great job, but I probably won’t be back when I’m in the area since I can go to another full service car wash or just do the extra myself without paying for what used to be the convenience.

I sent my suv there today , chose ultimate wash, wanted tire shine to wheels and windows washed, charged $27.00, why did they not wash my inside windows and the wheels look dry tire shine missing in action, smh, now I am going to call Inside out for help I am done.
