Loved the purchase and trade in value of the 4runner that I bought was used. It was a VW dealership but the lady was nice I should of asked her out on a date lol. Love is good stay safe

I received two recall notices regarding my VW ID4. I promptly called University Volkswagen to schedule the repairs. I spoke to a lady by the name of Stephanie. I felt as if I was inconveniencing her. Customer service has never been an issue before. When I told her I was not comfortable with the way the call was being handled by her she offered to have her manager speak to me I was put on hold for 8 minutes. Bob the manager has always been very kind and professional. I eventually hung up. I hope that Stephanie receives better training in the future.

Our first maintenance for our new vehicle. Took breakfast nearby and our vehicle was ready when we finished eating.

Since test driving an ID.4 one time last year, I have received dozens of phone calls and mailings to enroll me into a Volkswagon's vehicle service contract. However, I never bought a Volkswagon, and my repeated requests to stop harassing me have been ignored.
