We drove to KC to UnlimitedRV to look around not planning buy anything, we take our time and met this young woman name Grace so sweet my husband told her what exactly want too see and she take as everywhere and just let us be. The last RV Grace took us and recommend to see my husband and I fall in love. Grace told us all the information and the financial team give us a quote good deal because is Christmas ,Veterans & lifetime warranty they all work it out together as a team. So we walked in not knowing exactly what the day was going to hold. We met with our salesman Andrew and got a general idea of what we wanted. He showed us campers that were close to what we were in the market for and didn’t try to oversell us on anything. Ultimately we found the perfect camper. Andrew walked us through the unit and gave us a very detailed description of what the unit had and what it was capable of. The knowledge was on point and very helpful. The buying process was just as successful and faster than I was expecting. The financing department was quick to find the best option for us. They even came in with a better rate than was expected. We visited probably 10 dealerships, we were able to stop at Unlimited RV. The salesperson, Devin, listened, answered questions (and if he didn't know, found the answer), and suggested a model that we didn't even know existed and it fit us perfectly (CC 381MUD). It's perfect for a couple officing on the road and we sincerely appreciate the recommendation. Bill, the sales manager was extremely helpful in setting things up while a couple of people were on vacation themselves. Me and my Fiance were camper shopping online, when we came across these locally owned folks in Independence. They had a lot of used and new options, and we knew financing would be difficult to obtain, but these guys here were able to make it happen!! Andrew was the nicest guy, and not your typical salesman. He asked us what we were looking for, what we’d want our payment to stay around, and immediately took us out to check out some options. We came across one we really liked, and got the whole process rolling within a few hours. Quick and easy. We came in on a Saturday, and left Tuesday at 12:30 after they did the walk thru with us, and de-winterized it for us!
