Fantastic service! Janelle and her team really know their stuff and their service is exemplary. They fit us into the schedule so we could catch the ferry to Alaska, and they kept our classic car under their care, garaged every night until we were ready to sail. They found a small fuel leak and repaired it. That could have been a huge problem for us. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

First, I have to say that I am a repeat customer and have used Unlimited for my 2 vehicles over the past 4 years. Over the course of my time living in Bellingham, I have tried several repair shops, some acceptable & some have been lacking in customer service and technical support. I had some fairly complicated repairs with my '95 F-150 and once we were able to schedule the work, I was regularly in contact with the service Advisors on progress. Some complications arose and the techs had numerous elements to investigate & source parts etc. They were incredibly focused on getting it right and making sure the truck was sound & running like new. Would never take my vehicle here again, and will tell anyone who will listen about the terrible experience I had with Unlimited. They will perform bad work and refuse to take responsibility. They are extremely disorganized and will lie to you about the repair timeline to cover their own lack of action or their forgetfulness. Everything was weeks later than they estimated, they would never call me to update me, and on top of that they were always "right about to call me" any time I took it upon myself to call for an update. On multiple occasions they tried selling me a new battery claiming that mine tested bad. I took my car in yesterday with no appointment but my check engine light was on and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule and take a look at it that day. Not only that, but they went above and beyond when they researched the issue with my car's fuel injectors and discovered they might be eligible for the fix to be covered by Honda's warranty. They even called the local Honda dealership to ask about it! The service did end up being covered by the warranty which saved me thousands of dollars on a really expensive repair. Extremely grateful that Unlimited Service was able to find that out, give me all the information I needed to take to the dealership and not take advantage of me (as someone who doesn't know a ton about car maintenance).
