I've worked with a just about every performance shop in my area and none of them have even come close to level of detail and quality of work that Upstate Speed offers. Connor doesn't skip steps or take the easy way out on any job. He does it right the first time around so you have the confidence and security in whatever build you've envisioned. Had a great experience at Upstate Speed getting my exhaust done. Connor was super knowledgeable, quick, and made the whole process easy. The work was done fast and the car sounds amazing. Highly recommend!

★☆☆☆☆ — Do not recommend (Upstate Speed) I took my 2020 RAM 2500 to Upstate Speed for a simple exhaust swap, paid in full up front, and left the shop expecting basic, professional service. What followed has been disturbing, costly, and — in my view — intentional. Summary of my experience / what happened while my truck was in their possession: The shop accessed personal files on my truck’s media center without my permission. I discovered private information had been viewed/changed after the visit. My vehicle was test driven without my authorization, and afterward the drivetrain showed serious problems. I believe the transmission and torque converter were damaged and the rear differential was harmed due to mishandling while it was at Upstate Speed. I suspect the shop (or people with acc

I took a leap of faith by going to a random shop when the Chevy dealer wouldn’t do the work. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Upstate and Connor did a catback exhaust installation and spoiler replacement on my C8. They took on the job even though I purchased parts elsewhere, and did an excellent job. Connor took extra time to ensure it was done properly, and it looks awesome due to his attention to detail. My only regret is not going thru him for some parts as their pricing sounded great! Definitely going back for more upgrades soon. You can be confident choosing Upstate Speed for any work on your car.

Connor does work on all of our companies trucks. Wouldn’t want to have anyone else under the hood. Super experienced in maintenance and preventative care!!!
