I needed brakes urgently and called Urgent Car Care. They were able to get me in within the hour, which was a huge relief. When I arrived, the owner personally went to pick up a part to make sure my car would be completed the same day. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find. The pricing was very fair, the work was done quickly, and the entire process was smooth and professional. This shop exceeded my expectations, and I will absolutely be returning for future service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, honest automotive repair.

I cannot thank the team at Urgent Car Care enough. We were visiting Knott's Berry Farm from Florida in a borrowed car when it broke down on a Sunday. Despite not usually doing major repairs on weekends, the staff listened to our situation and went way above and beyond. They managed to source a control arm and ball joints on a Sunday and stayed late to get us back on the road. Truly honest, hardworking people who saved our vacation. 10/10 recommend!
