My experience at Us Auto sales was great! Roy was indeed a great help! He stayed pas his shift when I call to get the ball rolling for me. He was honest upfront. He gave me great advice towards the vehicles I was inquiring. I really appreciated that! I recommend him he wasn’t just a salesman to me he was someone that understood what I was going through and what I needed. Thanks Roy was nice doing business with you and your team!

I have literally NEVER had a better experience buying a car than I did with Demaunte and his crew! They made it easy, informative and a lot of fun as we laughed at so many things! They were so patient with my granddaughter who was all over the place (she’s 2, so y’all already know) and helped my daughter and I feel comfortable and sure of our decisions! I can honestly say that this team is honest and trustworthy! I will definitely be keeping my business with these fellas! Great job guys!

I went into the dealership today and was politely greeted by Xavier. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t make me feel like I had to make a purchase! He made sure that I was aware of all of my options ..... allowed multiple test drives, and never hesitated to answer a question. He even got me approved BEFORE I got to the door! I am so grateful for this place and location in particular. They worked with my down payment by using their down payment assistance program. I was also able to file my tax return with Tax Max and received a tax advance that also went towards my down payment. On top of all of that when I didn’t see a car that fit my family on their lot (Something cute with 3rd row seating), they made arrangements with a different location and went to pick up my car. They also helped me find affordable insurance and I was able to drive off with my car. I recently got an oil change and was also complimented on the condition of the vehicle. Thank you U.S. Auto sales! My sales rep was Demaunte he went above and beyond.

This is my first car financing and I had a great experience. Demaunte Brown helped me out. He had great customer service and explained everything to me so I could understand with it being my first time buying a car. He even came in early so I could get to work in time. It was such a smooth process.I am so thankful I came to US auto they got me in and out and I'm on my way to work in my new car.
