I had an extremely disappointing experience at US Auto Parts. While most of the staff members are kind and professional, I overheard a customer service representative named Jamie make racist remarks about Hispanic customers, including saying she wishes “Trump would take all the Hispanic trash out of the country.” As a customer, this was deeply offensive and completely unacceptable. No one should feel uncomfortable or discriminated against while simply trying to do business. Customer service representatives should treat every client with respect, regardless of race or background. I truly hope management takes this matter seriously and provides proper training on professionalism, diversity, and respectful communication. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. Bought an engine they said they heard it run but when I got it home there were broken components under the valve cover. They honored the warranty but tried to give me a check even though I paid cash. I'm not advising not to go there but just to be cautious about these things if you do.

Knowledge and reputable auto supply location. Paul is the guy!! I was told my car had an electrical problem and was given a pricey quote to repair, then I went here for a second opinion. I was recommended by Paul to try replacing a window switch and wallah, my window worked perfectly. The parts are reasonably priced and the customer service is awesome, they have you in and out.
